Job Description
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assist as contact for customer and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal group as needed to solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals on existing and new products or services.
- Participate in sales team meetings to align strategies and offerings.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status using Power BI.
Location: Knoxville, TN area
The qualified candidate will be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field. Must live in Knoxville, TN area.
