“Our goal is to foster an environment where every employee feels connected, valued and empowered. By building a culture of belonging and inclusion through programs like our Employee Resource Groups, we create meaningful opportunities for collaboration and growth. Prioritizing the needs of our employees is key to strengthening our one DFA culture and driving our collective success.”

Responsible farming
As stewards of the land and animals in our care, our farmer-owners are committed to providing high-quality milk that’s always produced responsibly. We’ve created a robust Gold Standard Dairy Program to help us collect data, provide support and help our farmer-owners excel in the following areas:
- Animal care and wellbeing
- Environmental stewardship
- Land stewardship
- Milk quality
- Workforce development
Sustainability
Our farmer-owners continue to make efforts – big and small – to conserve resources, reduce waste and work efficiently. We know that with access to opportunities like equipment cost share and technical assistance, they can achieve more. That’s why we apply for grants and funding on behalf of our farmer-owners that result in incredible partnerships, including our Climate-Smart Dairy Pilot Project with the USDA – and our Sustainable Cheese Project with Pizza Hut.
