Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for aMaintenance Supervisorwho can lead a team, drive performance, and ensure equipment uptime in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility.

Shift: 1st shift

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians
• Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations
• Drive a strongpreventive & predictive maintenance program
• Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effectiveproblem-solving
• Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts

What We’re Looking For/Job Requirements:

• Provenleadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years)
• Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years)
• Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase
• Preferred: PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration experience
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment typically found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines)
• Strongproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability tomanage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Experience withpreventive maintenance systems (CMMS)

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Stand for extended periods.

Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000/year
